Learners will explore roles in healthcare settings while learning core concepts like infection control, first aid, and therapeutic communication. Learners will also develop competencies required of health and social service providers, such as professionalism, cultural awareness, teamwork, customer service, and HIPAA compliance. Course enrollment limited to admitted Health Careers program participants.
