The major emphasis of this course is the programming and operating of computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools to produce parts from multi-axis simultaneous tool paths. Three dimensional bosses and pockets used in industries such as molding will be produced using advanced solid modeling and CAD-CAM techniques. PREREQUISITE: MAC 2232 Advanced CNC Training. |
