If would like to learn the basics of golf or improve your golf skills, enroll in the 8-week golf class through Frontier Community College beginning June 5.
PTE 1111 (10600), Golf I will meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm – 7:40pm at the Wayne County Golf Course with instructor Amanda Musgrave. Students will learn basic fundamentals and skills necessary to take part in a game of golf. Emphasis will be given to putting, chipping, and club selection. The last class meeting is July 29.
This is a 1 semester hour course. Inquire about the PM Tuition Reduction that brings tuition and fees down to just $35 for this golf class ($20 tuition and $15 fees) for in-district residents. Individuals age 60 and over pay only the fees. There is an additional $20 fee due to the Wayne County Golf Course for use of golf carts and grounds.
