LSC 1104 - General Zoology

This course uses animals as model organisms to explore foundational biological concepts including evolution, ecology, cell and molecular biology, structure and function, and genetics and heredity. Through hands-on laboratory investigations and collaborative discussions, students develop scientific processing skills and examine the importance of animal biology to society. No college prerequisite but students are expected to have a basic understanding of high school general biology.
