The student will be placed with a firm in the Telecommunications field for on-the-job training. Interns will receive technical instruction and counseling in various aspects of the telecom business. Job health and safety will be stressed. One credit hour is equivalent to a minimum of 75 hours of supervised work experience. PREREQUISITE: Student must have completed or be concurrently enrolled in 12 semester hours of credit in the corresponding discipline.
