Students apply their acquired knowledge of management practices to the changing environment of organizational leadership. Application of business management by the student includes: internal business environment, change, interpersonal relationships, team development, employee responsibility and decision making. Special focus directed toward the transition of the student's knowledge acquired in the classroom to application within the workforce.
