This course examines the behavior of individuals and groups within organizations. Students explore concepts related to motivation, leadership, communication, organizational culture, team dynamics, and decision-making. Emphasis is placed on understanding how human behavior influences organizational effectiveness and performance. Through case studies, applied activities, and analysis of workplace scenarios, students develop strategies for improving collaboration, leadership effectiveness, and organizational success.
